For those of you don’t know me well, I’m a guy that gets up between 3AM and 4AM, 7 days a week. For the past year-and-a-half I’ve been monitoring content creators that are directly leading the discussion around AI, or those in various disciplines evaluating the impact of AI on their business models. The last point is the one I want all of you to be thinking about.

For me, it’s becoming clear that humans need to figure out where they can add value and let AI do its thing. For example, when Google’s Gemini can watch your screen and interact with with you on how-to get something done in a software application you’re using, the days of how-to videos, how-to courses, and technical support will swiftly come to a conclusion … in many cases.
