Because healthcare is such a significant part of each of our lives, it’s also one of those industries that doesn’t seem to be affected by swings in our economy. There are a lot of different ways we could view the Jobs-to-be-Done, in fact I have a list of about 20, but I recently decided to build a qualitative research catalog of customer needs for people Monitoring Health Status.

I have not prioritized this model, that’s for you to do.
