Job maps: Chronological maps with precise step fidelity (low, medium, or high), strictly separating phases from steps.
Success metrics: Granular outcome statements tied directly to execution steps.
Extended context: Related jobs, situational factors, social and emotional jobs, and root causes without synthetic survey math.
Consumption jobs: Specialized maps focused on distinct solution classes.
