Hi Mike, just bought the $10 for job abstraction (narrow and board). The more I read your posts, the more I don’t feel like I am ready to use your services. The reason is I have no idea if I can handle the AI prompt and I can’t understand the difference of each service clearly (and outcome driven innovation ) and worry so much I can’t utilize your work. I think I am not your best segment. :)
Well, the first thing you need is an end-to-end understanding of what these prompts are used for. If you've studied outcome-driven innovation that would set the stage. These prompts are tools to help you scope the problem space that you need to study quickly. The only real data is going to come when you prioritize the problem-space model in the market.
Many researchers and consultants interview a small set of real people and come to false conclusions...or at least incomplete conclusions. The output from later stages JTBD work is second to none in actionable detail that can inform positioning, product & Service development, R&D prioritization, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
It can also handle what you messaged me about. But, you're right. If you haven't wired your mind for this approach to customer research, it's probably not useful.
You might want to download the free copy of a step-by-step approach to this at http://www.jobs-to-be-done-book.com. These prompts address the qualitative phase of that book and completely eliminate the need for customer interviews during that process. They may be needed later, after you have prioritized your model and segmented customers into various needs-based groups.
If you're familiar with Outcome-Driven Innovation - which is the most comprehensive and actionable method in the JTBD universe - then what you get in the MC is a set of 13 prompts (and links to custom GPTs) that can create what it takes a month to create the traditional way (with customer interviews and a lot of synthesis and QA).
If you're not familiar with that, then this might not be a good investment for you. The best part is the ability to build an unlimited number of models that would cost you six figures with a consulting firm...and there are only a few firms that know how to do it. These prompts completely disrupt their expensive staff model (a cost that they pass on to clients plus a brand surcharge).
There are a few free lessons you can find on the course page. Check out the one in the Prompt Catalog. Scroll down to the course curriculum section.

Short of that, you're guessing
I am a paying customer of cxl.com, section4.com for remote learning.
Hi, is there anyway I can get a taste of the course first? Thanks. The money is a bit tight during this time. But I am willing to invest.
