Someone needs to teach AI the difference between solutions and the core functional job. The job map for the restore blood flow is entirely in the solution space - not the JTBD space. Sure, you can use JTBD on a product but you are then limited to the innovation on the product, not beyond the product (or the solution set used today). Really enjoy your blogs!

Rob, asking it to create job maps is probably the wrong thing to do. I was just playing around. Most of the knowledge it can draw from is going to be solution oriented. To that end, it might be useful for designers or product managers that are already in the solution space and need to make incremental improvements. Who knows?

It does have the potential to be a great research tool. Maybe one day it'll do more.

Hey @Rob, that's a good point!

/cc @Mike

I'm working on fine-tuning the instructions to try to keep the AI from getting too close to solution space.

And I shifted my focus to breaking down the elements of the Job Map instead of trying to cover everything all at once. I put together a tool that combines different options related to Jobs To Be Done to assist with the initial exploration of the problem space. Check it out at this new link: https://skutalab.com/resources/ai-jobs-to-be-done

Let me know what you think if you give it a look!

Just to keep in mind, the results may still be inconsistent.

Thank you for putting in the effort!
